Corporates and startups have been using external third party HR management services. An external HR Software or a management company depending on the company size, varies in cost and features. When Volve approached me with this problem, they were a growing startup. A rapidly scaling agency that needed to find a way to reduce their HRM costs and also build a software tailored to their needs. So I designed their HRMS web application for their human resource team and employees who can manage their ins and outs within an internal HR system.

Existing HRMS were Volve's third-party vendors, professionally trained and qualified to provide HR Services. The service they provided was to enable a seamless process of recruiting, payroll, contracts and policy compliance. The service came at a monthly cost of $12 per employee. Therefore this resulted in an annual HRM budget of around $4k each year.

But as the agency keeps growing, the cost is projected to grow, therefore the team decided to invest in a one time development of an internal HRM system. Thus saving them a linearly upgoing cost of around $4k a year.
